Is there a way to do the "this has been unedited for 30 days. This discussion is over. Do not edit." on a regular wiki?

- Part of the code is added through Template:Forumheader. The other part, which diables editing, is added through MediaWiki:Common.js. — Sovq 20:14, September 25, 2011 (UTC)
