Is there anyway to prevent non-admin users from inserting templates??? And is it admin or beurocrat (bad spelling!) that have higher athority and control?Mand'alor Skyobiliviator The Devastator 03:55, August 22, 2011 (UTC)
- No, a template can be used by anyone. Admins and Bureaucrats usually have the same level of power, Bureaucrats can just give out user rights.--GodPray 03:58,8/22/2011

- A bureaucrat is an extra responsibility, separate from admins. All Admins dont need to be bureaucrats. As for Wookipedia, they likely have some custom js or something to warn users of things.--GodPray 04:09,8/22/2011
- On Wookieepedia, the addition of scroll boxes are regulated by policy; they are only necessary when there are 15+ unique references. Additionally, bureaucrats are the ones who can assign administrator and bureaucrat rights as well as remove them. Cheers, TK999 11:38, August 22, 2011 (UTC)
