Hi, I'm looking to find out how to make anchors for text. I know they must exist because the Contents boxes use them, but I can't seem to find the code (or is it a universal template?) to do this function.

Sorry for the n00b question. Thanks for any help.--MichaelMogg 23:41, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

Use [[Page#Section]]. For example, [[Halo#Related Wikia]] leads to Halo#Related Wikia. -- Manticore Talk | Contributions 06:52, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. So, is it not possible to set anchors other than those that are headings? Like, in HTML terms you have <anchor=NameofAnchor> then <lanchor>Words you want linked to anchor</lanchor>. Is there anything similar to that for Wikia pages?--MichaelMogg 09:31, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
Yes you can. See : MediaWiki manual. — TulipVorlax 01:36, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
Ah! Thanks so much. --MichaelMogg 08:18, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
