Hello, I was wondering what the code to add a frame (which will view another web page) onto a page was.

Here is an exampleofsomething similar to what I am hoping to accomplish. This page has a frame that displays a facebook page. However, that frame type seems to be facebook specific so I can't use it.

If specifics of what I would like to do help, I am trying to put my editcount on my profile page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! ~ Moonrise ~ (talk) 01:13, August 31, 2012 (UTC)

You can't generally put whatever page you want in a frame and then put that on another webpage. There are specific ways to do this in specific cases, which is why the facebook thing works for facebook only. This can't be done for everything. In this case, Special: pages can be transcluded like templates, but the results may vary.
{{Special:Editcount/Moonrise1}} makes: Special:Editcount/Moonrise1
However, that's not the same thing as the entire table on Special:Editcount. If you want to put the entire table on Special:Editcount onto your profile, you may need to hard code it yourself (i.e. write down all the numbers and the code for the table in wikitext, and update the numbers manually yourself.)

So is there no way to access that table besides going to that Special: page? —This unsigned comment is by Moonrise1 (wallcontribs). Please sign your comments by adding "~~~~" in the source editor.

Ok, thanks. ~ Moonrise ~ (talk) 20:00, August 31, 2012 (UTC)
To achieve what you want to do, you can copy this template, although you may have to edit it a little for your own wiki (especially if it's a non-English wiki). leviathan_89 20:26, 31 August, 2012 (UTC)
Oh, a template for that exists - thanks! ~ Moonrise ~ (talk) 00:08, September 1, 2012 (UTC)
