Apparently P3 wiki was upgraded to MediaWiki 1.19 today, and now the Recent Changes display "This edit has not yet been patrolled" for some of the edits.

It's something happening on all upgraded wikis, the patrols thing as well as & l t ;r & g t ; instead of "Hide grouped recent changes | Hide logs". It will probably get fixed.--Sxerks 04:20, July 10, 2012 (UTC)

Wikia was informed of the RCPatrol appearing globally on 1.19 wikis today and a bug ticket has been duly opened. This is not something we would honestly advocate being on each wiki and we want to continue the policy of it being a requestable extension but off by default. --daNASCAT 22:26, July 16, 2012 (UTC)

I was able to mark something as patrolled on a wiki where I'm a bureaucrat. I think it was a talk page comment :)
