UPDATE: Hello everyone. Some of you may know me, but allow me to introduce myself. I'm Joe, and I've been working on our Gaming wikis for the last 3+ years. In my new role as Content Manager, I am now the person dedicated to fulfilling the community requests made here—custom themes, logos, main page designs, etc. Because I want to help as many wikis as possible, I've lowered the minimum article count criteria from 250 to 100 articles. I've rolled up my sleeves and am ready to go, so let's get those requests coming in! :) JoePlay (talk)

I'm not sure why we were removed from the 'approved' list here. Yes, our request was posted in December, and while I have been in contact with Scarecroe, our request has yet to be fulfilled, or even started for that matter, after approximately 2-3 months now. Deadliest Fiction Wiki

Hello, I am Omnicube1 and I help run the Deadliest Fiction Wiki. The majority of the wiki approves of creating and adding a new skin and redesigning our homepage. We currently have 550 pages (as of 1/13/11) and I am a bureaucrat at the wiki. I am willing to unprotect the Main Page for your edits. Thank you for your help. Hi. The Deadliest Fiction Wiki looks pretty good. As you already mentioned, we'd need you to drop the protection on your mainpage (in fact the only vandalism was by an IP; protection against edits by new and unregistered users would prevent that; no particular need to have it sysop protected anyhow based on the history). Also you have some uncategorized pages that need to be taken care of. Gran Turismo Wiki

Hey guys, we need a serious content boost; we're looking for over 1k pages by the end of the year. I think we fall within all the criteria; of our 391 pages, only 45 are stubs. The main page has been semiprotected due to repeat vandalism and blanking, and as far as I can tell, every page has a category. We do use the Wikia Welcome tool, and we are not in the middle of any upheavals (and when one does occur, which is not often, it is dealt with swiftly and efficiently). --Gp75motorsports ^{REV LIMITER GT-PT/}_GT-EN/^CSW 15:35, January 24, 2011 (UTC)

It's a page to ask for help with search engine optimization, main page design, or skin design. Oh. Well, in that case, there is something that we need done. On certain computers, such as my new one, the background image won't load. DKWiki and RareWiki

I would like a makeover to the site to make it get more attention because that place is low on contributors :/ and I want more attention there. Slipknot Darkrai

For RareWiki you would need to lower the protection on the main page, make sure all the pages are categorized, and customize the community corner on the wiki activity page. For DKWiki, you are not the admin, so the request would need to come from an admin there, and I cannot approve the request right now. Band of Brothers wiki

How do I make that logo thing that appears on the top of my wiki. Like, it has a Band of Brothers logo with the word "wiki" underneath. Also, how do I add another Band of Brothers thing for the background, since it only uses colors. Could you please somewhow change the wiki logo, background and skin please? James Cameron's Titanic Wiki

Hi! I am the creator of this Wiki and also an administrator. Now, I am not currently looking for administrators, but I have just requested that my newest user is granted the right of administrator on my website. Also, we currently only have 30 pages, but there is no way we can make 250 pages out of one movie. There isn't enough information to make it into a 250-page-or-more Wiki. But we still need help. We need a really cool skin and an awesome logo. We also need help gaining users. Now, I understand you may not be able to grant this request because of some of its failures in categories such as the 250 page or more thing, but we need desperate help attracting more people to the Wiki and think one of the best ways is getting an awesome skin and a cool logo. Can you help us out?

How can we get a spotlight?

Hoping it's the right place for this request, I would like to know how we could get a spotlight?

I noticed few weeks ago that some wikis are spotlighted at the botom of our Main page wiki, and we would be please to appear in this area.

I'm currently bureaucrat on the desencyclopedie wiki (http://desencyclopedie.wikia.com/wiki/Accueil), which main page is protected due to a large user trafic and past deterioration.

We have more than 7.000 articles, stub non included, every pages is currently categorized and each new user is welcomed with both Talk and Personnal pages. Our wiki staff is highly motivated, and this kind of spotlight would be a great way to welcome more users.

Thanks for the answer Wendy, @Marc-Philipp isn't it something we call discrimination? Do you mean that a request on the french page mentionned before will be aborted? Why uncyclopedia family should be censured whereas those kind of wiki are generating the biggest user activity/creativity/emulation with a great community aspect? :( {{SUBST:User:Meta K Pote/sig2}} 09:13, April 22, 2011 (UTC)

In past we often had problems with uncyclopedia wikis due to their often offensive contents (I know it, I had dozens of them to answer) and we can't ensure all material is appropriate enough. We don't want to discriminate you (uncyclopedia wikis are the only wikis with monobook btw), but we cannot approve ucyclopedia requests because other people will get offended of its contents (sad but true). Shrek wiki

I run the Shrek wiki and would like to be able to request a spotlight by the time the next movie comes out after Christmas. Prototype wiki

I recently adopted the Prototype wiki and wanted to request a new background. I couldn't find quality images of the two main characters of the game. I recently found this image on the prototype 2 website. I tried to add Mercer (right side) to the image but it didn't turn out well. Can anyone help us with a new background? The World of Cars Online Wiki

Hello, I'm an admin at The World of Cars Wiki and I like what you have at the D.Gray-man wiki. I would like to have a I kind of "line of fire" under the header where it is written wikia, start a wiki, etc. Like the Grayman wiki, which I mentioned, there is a picture of a guy right near the wiki activity button. So i would like the "fire" to be like that but right under the header. And it would not cover the whole area, but only a line right under the header. I know this sounds wierd, but you might have understood by now. So could you please do this in the World of Cars Wiki?

Hi Mcharshy. The only thing The World of Cars Online Wiki needs in order to meet the best practices is to put these uncategorized pages into one or more appropriate categories. Hey there, I've done all the categorizing. And because the data is cached it isn't updated for me. So I had to double check it all. Some of them also had to be deleted because they weren't related to the game and stuff. So it's all done.

Update:Oh, I forgot to tell you. I don't want a new bg as the existing background is perfectly fine.

Ao no Exorcist Wiki

Hello, I would like to request a theme for the Ao no Exorcist Wiki. With THIS image as background tile. Also could you make it with THIS image as the background on the left side. Or with THIS image. but I think it would look better if you put the image below with another one which I can't find. Which is with the other character like in the first picture. Hi DSM144. Be sure to read the best practices criteria. There are a few things the Ao no Exorcist Wiki needs to do in order to be approved, such as making sure there are no uncategorizes pages, reducing the amount of stubs (short, incomplete articles), and reaching the 100 article milestone - only 10 more to go! Survivor Wiki

Hi! I have been the new admin of the Survivor.wikia site, thanks to Ohmyn0. The 100kb thing is so limiting, so I kinda need somebody like you to help me make my wiki makeover. Since April, I'm trying to save the site from bad edits, unecessary pages and fanfics that have been placed there as articles. I am halfway over from making over the articles, finishing the first eleven seasons and currently working at the twelfth.

Our current wallpaper is the Survivor 10th anniversary buff, and i'm getting tired of it. I kinda want to have a darkly-wallpaper with Jeff Probst (preferably a picture probably taken by sunset). Hello there good sir! I am War Clown, active bureaucrat of the inFamous Wiki, here to make a request. After running several tests for some background images at the wiki (which all ended with either failed or mediocre results), me and some colleagues thought it was best that we leave it to your awesomeness. Harry Potter Fanfic Wiki

Hello! I'm the founder of this wiki and we have been wanting to request from here for a long while. As we are a very small wiki, it has taken us ages to get 100 pages, but now, finally we have! We have a few short articles, but we are working hard to try to extend them. I think everybody over there agrees that it would be great to get this wiki looking new so as to try and attract new contributors. I really hope that you can help us! The only thing left to meet the best practices criteria is to add these uncategorized pages to one or more appropriate categories. Pokemon Answers Wiki
