This page is to request the setup of interwiki/interlanguage links between 2 wikis.

Please use the button below to make your request. After you click it, a new editing window will open, with instructions at the top. Please read and follow those instructions (clicking the "More" button so as to get the full instructions) to make the process faster/easier for everyone.

For joining only two or three wikis, add the {{InterwikiLink}} template once for each link, as each one is created independently (1:1). For large requests, make a list with each wiki (lang.subdomain) on a separate line. Don't worry about duplicates, they won't hurt anything. Detailed instructions will be in the editing window after you've clicked the button below. Please sign in the usual way after the template or list.

I know about with linking more than 5 wikis, it's just that some of the wikis are already linked to some other wikis, but not all. Additionally, the Japanese wiki is strangely linked to the Portuguese wiki when the Portuguese wiki is not linked to the Japanese wiki. --Lightening McQueen (talk) 11:53, August 15, 2014 (UTC)

Peanuts Portugal Wikia

I would like to be able to add interwiki links from the other Peanuts wikis to pages on Peanuts Portugal by adding the Portuguese language code letters, which I assume are "pt:". Thank you. Simon Peter Hughes (talk) 05:00, August 26, 2014 (UTC)

X mark Not Done Currently peanuts-portugal is configured as an english wiki, so it will create en: prefix links. I can manually fix this for these three links, however you may want to have the wiki reconfigured as portugese. Among other things, this would give you portugese system messages, and would mean that future interlanguage links would work normally. You may request this at Special:Contact/general. I'm mentioning this here (rather than doing the links) because I don't know if reconfiguring the wiki will cause problems with the manually edited links. So you can choose - I can do these now so that pt: links to peanuts-portugal, and then if you decide to reconfigure the wiki and there are problems, you can come back here to have them fixed again; or if you want to reconfigure the wiki and want to do all the links at the same time, we can consider this request closed and you can come back when the wiki is set up as portugese. Either one is fine, and you don't have to reconfigure the wiki if you don't want to. ~Monchoman45 (Talk | Contribs) 05:13, August 26, 2014 (UTC)
