Quote1 I was a god, Valeria. I found it...beneath me. Quote2
Doctor Doom[src]

Earth-98570 was the reality of one of the founders of the Interdimensional Council of Reeds. It was accidentally wiped out by his Infinity Gauntlet. Alone, Reed built a Bridge to explore the Multiverse and found Reed-12498 and Reed-99107, forming the Council.[2]

After the Council was destroyed by the Mad Celestials,[3] Doctor Doom of Earth-616 retrieved Reed-98570's Infinity Gauntlet from his corpse.[4] The Bridge to Earth-98570 was still there, so Doom entered it and remade the universe in his image with the Infinity Gauntlet. However, his own creations turned on him and he was forced to evacuate with the Richards family's help. The Bridge was destroyed and Doom declared that ruling as Earth-98570's god was "beneath" him.[1]

History

Original Reality[]

A universe where Nazi Germany won its version of the Second World War, Hitler was the head of a fascist state covering the entire world. Reed Richards gained superpowers as part of the Nazi space program. He later assassinated Hitler, became head of the Nazi Party, and assembled the Infinity Gauntlet. However, before he could remake the world, he battled the world's super heroes and accidentally destroyed the Earth, the solar system, and the Milky Way galaxy with the Gauntlet.[2]

Left floating in space after the destruction of his world, Richards eventually had the idea to create a bridge to another universe, discovering a pocket dimension where he met two alternate versions of himself who possessed Infinity Gauntlets of their own. Together with Reed-12498 and Reed-99107, they founded the Interdimensional Council of Reeds.[2]

Doom ruling as god and then being overthrown

The Council of Reeds was annihilated by the Mad Celestials.[3] Following this, Doctor Doom of Earth-616 found the corpses of Reed-98570 and Reed-99107, both of whom still had their Infinity Gauntlets.[4] After stealing both Gauntlets, he was called to the Bridge that led to Earth-98570, the native universe where one of the Gauntlets worked. In this vacant universe, he created life of magic and of science. There was only one planet that mattered, containing Doomopolis. However, on the seventh day, he realized that he made this universe in his own image and his own creations turned on him. His Infinity Gems were split among the three High Priests of Science and the three Professors of Magic.[1]

Reed Richards, Nathaniel Richards, and a future Valeria Richards came to rescue Doom. Five of the six new rulers agreed to let Doom go with them, but the High Priest of Power wanted Doom dead and sent two warlords and a leviathan to kill him. The Richards family and Doom managed to pass through the Bridge, but Doom was caught by the leviathan. The Parliament of Doom entered Earth-98570 through the Bridge to free Doom. Valeria then destroyed the Bridge. After being humiliated by his own creations and then being rescued by his archenemy, Doom simply stated to the Richards that being god was "beneath" him.[1]
