Define a class for your nave box like navbox that you can ad need to mw-collabasble

In w:c:jacksjourney:Template:Staff, you have a #1e871f which sets the colour to green. If you want to change the colour of the link when you are not on the page, (i.e. when you are not on 'Dorian1453'), put the span inside the link:

[[Dorian1453|<span style="color: #1e871f">Dorian1453</span>]]

This becomes: Dorian1453

There are a few missing </span>'s in the template as well which might fuddle things up.

I'm wondering for when it is on Dorian1453. 

If you want to change it so that it isn't green, you'll have to remove:

<span style="color: #1e871f"> and </span>

so that it becomes black and bold. If you want to change that colour/style (black and bold), you will need to do it in the css.
