I have AdBlock Plus (:P), but the "Advertisement | Your ad here" line still displays on main pages, and is glitchy. What CSS line(s) can I use for personal CSS to remove it?

The "Advertisement | Your ad here" has it's own class, but it seems to be wrapped in a grey box which you would still be able to see if you removed that line of text. As such the following will remove the advert entirely (I've used it for a while to no obvious problems)
.home-top-right-ads {display:none;}
The only slight problem I can see with it is that anything on the mainpage that has nothing on the right to block it in will span the entire width of the page, such as a header. This isn't really an issue, but something to be aware of if you restyle your mainpage.
You could also tell Adblock itself to hide elements, e.g. by adding this line to your custom filters (it's under "Options" in Adblock):
##div.home-top-right-ads
