Hello there,
I've got an issue with a template on my wiki. The issue is that the template is a collapsible template which is used in various places on the wiki, however, the margins on where text is within the template are at best minimal and look terrible (see right).
I've been rustling through the code, trying to get margins to work, and this is the only code that gets margins to function:
{| class="mw-collapsible mw-collapsed" style="{{#if:{{{clear|}}}{{!}}{{!}}clear:both;}} border:3px solid navy; background:#f2ebe0; border-radius: 9px;" width="{{#if:{{{width|}}}|{{{width}}}|100%}}" ! colspan="1" style="margin-left:3em; margin-right:3em; margin-bottom:1.5em; background-color:{{{{{{background|}}}|#f2ebe0}}}; font-size:1.15em; {{{extrastyle2|}}}" |<div style="{{{titlestyle|}}}">{{#if:{{{title|{{{header|}}}}}}|'''}}{{{title|{{{header|Example}}}}}}{{#if:{{{title|{{{header|}}}}}}|'''}} </div> |- | style="margin-left:3em; margin-right:3em; margin-bottom:1.5em;" | {{{body|<div style="margin-left:1em; margin-right:1em; margin-bottom:1em;">{{{text|Example text *Example list *Example list}}}}}} |}
The issue with this code is that it only works on the template page itself -- it does not work anywhere else on the wiki.
How can I modify this code so as to add universal margins for every instance of this template on the wiki?
Thank you in advance, DanZFLT 12:50, October 15, 2019 (UTC)
