Sure Andrew, take your time! :D
Edit: Wait, ya mean Editor Source Minimal?
Okay. So RedBallFire was correct in the sense that the issue is ModernCommentsSection. I would suggest talking to JustLeafy to see what that portion is supposed to do. I doubt it is supposed to do that.
Oh... Uhh okay then🤔
Yeah, it's not supposed to do that, and I think it is an issue with the width and height set with the mask image. It's sort of odd how the entire stylesheet works perfectly in some wikis, so I think you can fix this issue by clicking on one of the icons and either increase or decrease the height and/or width in the styles panel.

I don't really get on this part, whatca mean?
Alright, I found a fix for this issue and it was surprisingly quite simple and something different than what I expected. All you had to do is change the background color of them. Now, go to w:c:otome-games-is-tough-for-mobs:MediaWiki:Wikia.css find the following CSS:
.MiniEditorWrapper .toolbar a.cke_button .cke_button_icon { background-color: transparent; background-image: url(slot1-images.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb1586889174842/common/extensions/wikia/MiniEditor/images/sprite-MiniEditor.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; display: inline-block; height: 16px; margin: 2px; width: 16px; }
And replace the CSS above with this CSS:
.MiniEditorWrapper .toolbar a.cke_button .cke_button_icon { background-color: black; background-image: url(slot1-images.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb1586889174842/common/extensions/wikia/MiniEditor/images/sprite-MiniEditor.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; display: inline-block; height: 16px; margin: 2px; width: 16px; }
Hope this helps!
Uhhh I don't remember I have those scripts in Wikia.css o_o
also there's no scripts of that on my side, only these scripts :\ I'm confused how did ya get that script
But I added the script you ask me to put already :)
Ah, that's because you added it in the wiki's Common.css page. In the end, it doesn't really matter which page you add, because nowadays, they're practically the same.
If you wanna know what was the difference, Wikia.css is for the Oasis skin (default desktop skin), while Common.css was for both Oasis and Monobook, a desktop skin that was deprecated on May 25, 2018.
I see I see, most of fandom would use Common.css right?
So should I put the script in Common.css then?
Hmm nothing change tho.... :\
