Likeo35 is an underage user on the Steven Universe Wiki, but the staff there has neglected to block him. Can someone please handle this?

Every user still has to oblige by those rules, even if its completly unfair, I was just trying to politely enforce them.
Yet you have completely missed the point of the rules, which is to protect this group of vulnerable users. You publicly posted private information about them. Do you see how that is a problem?
It's also worth noting that soliciting any private information from users under 18 is disallowed by the ToU, and posting private information is likewise disallowed.
Special:Contact is the way to go like they said above. Good luck.

Simply knowing one's age isn't going to affect anything, therefore making them "invulnerable". You fail to realize what's dangerous and what's not. Knowing someone's address, what school they go to, email, passwords, etc, is your personal information and should be kept secret.
Well. Yes and no. Wiki kind of works differently. Basically, it's like spreading a rumor around, and so if people were to see what you claimed about him, it'll affect his experience with those people because they would be "judging him" based off what the rumors are.
It's just common courtesy to not name people publically when you think they broke a rule or Terms of Use, and Staff members can deal with it quietly, so not everyone has a judgment on those people.

@Sticks the Badger, the point that Ajraddatz meant was that even if you did provide good proof, please don't post it on Community Central. Send it via Special:Contact.
@Ajraddatz, as Tupka217 said, no definite proof has been shown yet, only a link where someone simply accused the user of being underaged for Wikia. What I see in your comments is quite like saying that me calling Ripto22475 here a 10-year-old (no offense, Ripto) is proof enough that his account should be disabled for being an underaged user.

Lol, none taken! Glad I could be an assistant with that. But yes Stick the Badger, just let Wikia handle it once you've given them some solid proof. Assuming by how someone types or talks isn't a good reason.

False. If age on the internet wasn't a sensitive topic then there wouldn't be legislation controlling it. I'd expand further but that doesn't seem necessary; the point is that posting publicly is a needless revelation of personal information and investigating a user's age isn't something that you or anyone else who isn't staff should be doing anyway.

I actually posted it here because I didn't know what to do, but you blow it up into epic proportions.

That's fine, we learn and grow each day. I can't say I knew all the rules of Wikia 4 years ago. Hopefully you went to Special:Contact and got it taken care of!
