How many days/months have you been editing there? I started editing on February 13, 2017 and have continued editing since April 1st, 2017.
On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? Minnachan, last edited nearly two years ago on June 8, 2015.
Any other information: This wiki has been without an admin for about two years at this point. As of April 3rd there is only one other active user who has been making edits to this wiki. I have contacted them and they are on board with me making this adoption request.
The Wake Up, Girls! anime is to air a new season this year and it's related idol group continues their activities this year as well. This is the perfect chance to get new viewers to the wiki but I fear not having an active admin might make them less willing to making new contributions. Getting admin rights would also allow me to make the front page of the wiki more presentable to new visitors.
