Hi, CJRichards is correct- although the last bureaucrat is not listed, it's because that bureaucrat removed admin right for him/herself. Yes, this wiki is illegible to adopt, and please do contact the bureaucrat. Since the admin is active, making the wiki illegible to adopt.
