If you've read the top of Adoption:Requests, you would've read to allow a minimum of a week for a response. Though lately they've been taking about two weeks, so please be patient. You can watch the progress of your adoption on Adoption:Requests to see how much closer it is to being reviewed. Just continue to edit at least once a day until then.
