On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? There is no Administrators available in that fandom. Currently only Labrain13 and me did the most edits. Others just started to edit.
Any other information: In reply to the response of Adoption:Shining Star Wiki (2), I have followed what JoePlay have mentioned that is by creating a blog in stating my desire to adopt this Fandom, however, it's been 2 weeks and there's no reply from other editors of the Fandom.
