Update 21/10/19: Spunky Rocko only promoted him to an admin and not bureaucrat so you can still accept this request. Adoptions are also used if he/she wants bureaucrat rights when he/she only has admin rights. Jamie248 (talk) 06:29, October 21, 2019 (UTC)
