PLEASE READ The response above is incorrect in many ways. Any amount of edits (viewed sufficient by staff) is good. 149 is a random number, and is incorrect. ALSO, you can rollback in any staff position. However, you do not need a staff position to revert edits. Simply go to the page history, and click 'Undo'. If there are too many spam edits, go to the last non-spam edit, and click on the revision. Then click 'Edit' and 'Publish'. This will revert the page back to the non-spammed state.
If you are still interested in adopting the wiki, you will need to edit nearly everyday for a week, and amass some more edits. Good luck!
