If you make a few edits a day for little over a week and create at least one new page, you would fulfill the minimum requirements for adopting a wiki. Hi i think there’s no need for an adoption request because you already have admin and beuarucrat rights, since you’re the founder. The adoption requests are meant for admins to become beuarucrats or to get both rights.
