Any other information: The point of this adoption is that there is no active bureaucrat and there's only one admin; as I ask that admin, he says that the wiki does need more help from reverting massive vandalism ([1]). I also wrote a blog for my adoption for public discussion ([2]). And so, the change I want to see is that retain the bureaucrat right of the founder (User:Zannabanna); promote me to admin while promote Vector7707 to bureaucrat.
Adoption request are for bureaucrat rights. So Vector7707 can give admin rights after they are promoted to bureaucrat.
Vector7707 has now made thier own adoption request. Am I right and Vector7707 is the only one you want to have bureaucrat rights? Miiohau (talk) 20:43, December 28, 2016 (UTC)

Any other information: Founder Zannabanna has been inactive for over a year now, and I've been the only active admin since then. User and contributor Oganesson recommended that I should adopt the wiki so I could work towards adding more new admins such as himself to further help the wiki.
