On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? Admin AimOnVacation, who last edited on June 11, 2014, approximately 315 days ago.
Any other information: A couple of parting notes.
One of the reasons why I wish to adopt the wiki is to prevent a potential power struggle. There is another user who is active on the Ghost Recon Phantoms wikia. Ever since I approached him about issues I found in the articles, as well as the format that he was actively engaging, he told me to "do whatever [I] want." Furthermore, the majority of "changes" he's made are either minor, adding pictures, or claiming other people's work. I am open to discussing my qualifications against his at a later time, if necessary.
Also, a good amount of the edits I want to make involve changes to the wiki itself, ie, logistical flow, images such as the background/favicon, and the base page of the wiki.

Wiki is eligible for adoption, but you'll need to start an announcement/thread or message on the other user's wall with your desire to adopt the Wiki (if you've done that go ahead and link it for Staff to see). You can allow a week for a response. Also, make sure and edit consistently everyday (at least a week, and make at least one page), and if the other active users are in agreement/don't respond to your announcement, you will be set. Response to Unofficial Response and Clarification The requested thread can be found here. I would like to point to the third-to-last message in this thread, which he replied to after I posted the Admin thread, to which he says I may "do what [I] want". He has provided protests or otherwise statements towards me being an Admin.
As for him being an Admin, I'd like to put forwards that the primary motivation towards his edits and such appears to be more in the interests of his own reputation/personal glory than the actual improvement of the wiki itself. I can provide evidence as necessary.
- edit: As for the added-pages, I have added some, although due to the nature of the wiki, it is difficult to do so. (I can elaborate on this as needed.) Again, as stated in the original post, part of the reasons why I am adopting it is to prevent a potential power struggle with the afornamed user, one of the reasons why I have not made any drastic edits.

- Hello. It appears that there are at least two other editors active on that wikia in the last month (Squar3pusher and Indianbagel). Please create a blog about adopting the wikia so they have a chance to see/comment on your adoption request if they wish to do so. As Ripto said, you will also need to create at least one new page of some sort -- the only one I see is your test layout page.
