On the Special Pages → Special:ListAdmins when was the last time an admin edited, and who was it? BiTaurus; 16 edits, on March 27

Any other information: I wanted to handle Bureaucrat rights for a while, and note that BiTaurus is still active been has agreed to hand over rights to me. But they don't know how. So i think it is easier if you are able to hand over the ownership to me.
