Comments/Reasons for adoption: None of the admins are active, and due to the page and dropdowns being cluttered I can't seem to fix it as I dont have privileges. THere are also old and cluttered images throughout and Icannot clean them up. (Requesting admin but if Bureaucrat is needed then that's fine)
