The wiki, the above user is trying to adopt, has been on Fandom since May 2014. The fetish/ecchi policy came into effect at the start of this year. Whether you choose to believe it or not, the wiki will be closed regardless, when the deadline has been reached. The community creation guidelines, state that wikis containing offensive material, shouldn't be created, and I'm sure that's what fetish/ecchi wikis fall under.
