I'm an admin on the Pretty Little Liars wiki and yesterday I noticed all the character pages are showing some weird code where a template is supposed to be. This is beyond my scope of understanding. Does anyone know how to fix it? Here's an example. Thank you. PLLfan (talk) 12:19, August 31, 2012 (UTC)
- My guess would be this: In your infobox character template, on the line below your
{{#if: {{{image|}}} | ...(somewhere on the top) you will see|}}. This is to close your #if, but it seems it sees the|}in the beginning as the end of the table. You should add space (| }}) or put it on the same line. Something else: your noinclude tag on the bottom isn't closed. - Tjcool007 (Wall) 14:14, August 31, 2012 (UTC)
- I'm not sure that's it because the infobox character template hasn't been edited since January of last year and this glitch just appeared 2 days ago as far as I can tell. I looked at the page and it seems... right, as far as I can tell, but I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. There seem to be spaces after the codes you mention. - Hmm, I first thought it was because your wiki was updated to version 1.19, but that doesn't seem to be the case: I copied it over to the test wiki, and it seems to work fine. The template is protected on your wiki, so we can't really help there. Purging doesn't seem to help though. - Tjcool007 (Wall) 12:08, September 1, 2012 (UTC)
