I was wondering why there are new users, and user avatar additions, without upload log activity, or local files, or user creation log activity, or contributions? Shouldn't new users only appear when they edit something, or create an account on the wiki they're on at the time they create it? -- 76.65.128.252 08:05, August 31, 2012 (UTC)

Well yeah, normally you do not share a user database over many wikis, so that's why these things happen. "Fixing" it would probably break something else, so not keen on another MW hack.--PedroM (talk) 03:25, September 1, 2012 (UTC)
