Инструменты[]
SOAP обладают всеми полномочиями, доступными администраторам, но сразу на всех вики. У них также есть дополнительные инструменты, которые помогают им оперативно и эффективно находить и удалять спам. Важно отметить, что они не заменяют местных администраторов и не считаются главнее их. Вики-сообщество и его участники несут ответственность за свою вики и за задачи сообщества, а команда SOAP помогает только с борьбой со спамом сразу на многих вики или удалением вандальных правок на заброшенных или неактивных вики.
