The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), in Japan: Family Computer or just Famicom, was an 8-bit home video game console, developed by Nintendo.
It was released in Japan on 15 July 1983[1], in North America on 18 October 1985 and in various European countries on 1 September 1986.
