Bowser Koopa is a character from the Mario videogames, where he's the main antagonist, usually kidnapping princess Peach and Mario and Luigi have to save her. In the Super NES version of the original Sim City videogame he appears as a giant monster in the Tokyo, 1961 scenario destroying the city, a role given to a Godzilla-like monster in the computer game version.
