The Martian is a science fiction film, directed by Ridley Scott and released to the cinemas in the USA on 2 October 2015.[1] It is based on the 2011 Andy Weir novel.
Plot[]
An astronaut from Earth, Mark Watney, member of an expedition to Mars, is thought to be dead and left behind on Mars. He has to survive on Mars while trying to signal back to Earth for assistance.
