Aretha Louise Franklin was an American singer and songwriter. Franklin passed away on August 16, 2018. Ariana Grande attended at Franklin's 'Homegoing Service' on August 31, where she performed "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman".[1]
In a 2015 interview, Franklin was asked if she would sing with any of the younger pop girls, where she responded "I think Ariana [Grande] and I are gonna duet. You like that? I think we have a hot duo going."[2] However, that duet never happened.
