So I have been digging and looking for a way to either reset or set the Facebook Open Graph (OG) tags so that when the wiki is shared it has the proper preview. Currently when share it pulls a icon image off the main page instead of the much larger and appropriate sized image that the help info says it should pull.

I see that the Mobil Main has been deprecated and that doesn't seem like the avenue to take. Also it does not appear the Meta-Description has the capacity to set these.

Any idea how I can get this fixed?

I've been looking around for awhile now and can't find a post that answers this question.

So for example, the Terraria wiki has tabs on each enemy infobox for the 3 difficulty levels: https://terraria.fandom.com/wiki/Green_Slime

I've checked out the source for the above template, but it's super complicated and uses JavaScript (really hoping I won't have to do something similar)

So, is there a way to add tabs like that to my wiki? I've just been manually doing them on each page, but I'd rather have a way to do it on the template so it's less overall work.

EDIT: A couple people have suggested help articles that I've already checked, but what I'm asking for is a single tab above the image that can change all the information in the infobox when you select it.

I dislike typing it vertically, takes too much space.

I'm trying to remove the prefix and suffix from the listed titles of several pages while using DPL.

For example:

In the below link, I have been able to remove Cortex Entry: from the lists used in this page. But I wanted to know if the suffix (Challenges) can also be removed by making some changes in the |replaceintitle parameter.

I made a template specifically for linking pages to discussion tags. The template was supposed to allow users to access discussion posts that tagged articles directly from the page itself. However, since Fandom won't allow you to properly link discussion posts to pages, I ended up having to type in the entire link with external links. I linked the external link to a word on my template and tested it on the Wiki Staff page. Unfortunately, the page had a space in its name, which caused the link to cut off. Any solutions would be great.

I'm attempting to add an image to this infobox, and would like the image to both a) be as wide as the infobox in its current form allows it to be and b) appear in its original quality.

However, despite trying several different resolutions, the image continues to either fill the infoxbox width but appear in low quality or be smaller than the infobox width but appear in its original quality.

• Originally the image was 512x256p, so it filled the width of the infobox, but for some reason it appeared in blurry low quality as if it were a very low-res image.

• Next I tried 256p and 250p, which appeared in the intended quality but were less than the width of the infobox and so appeared smaller and did not take up all available space.

• Finally searching revealed that infoboxes are normally 270p wide (unsure if this is true) so I tried a 270p image; this filled the width of the infobox but bizarrely had low-res blurry quality just like the 512p version.

If someone knows the actual pixel width of an image so that it fills the width of an infobox while retaining its original quality, or perhaps can explain why e.g. a 512p image looks like a 100p image, I would greatly appreciate some assistance!

Note: Currently it is 270p, filling the infobox while appearing blurry.

This quote template sometimes doesn't show properly on mobile and displays quoted text and the quote author in reverse for some reason, such as on here and here. The text of the template is below. Does anyone know why this is happening?

We have a template used to show things on desktop only or on mobile only. Basicaly it uses class=hidden to hide things o mobile, and style=none to hide things on desktop.

This has been working for years, but just now I realised that style=none is not being ignored by the mobile view, when the code is used inside an infobox.

Is this an expected behavior? Or is it a bug?

Any idea on how I could show something inside a portable infobox on mobile only?

The following is just a mere usage example, and it’s not a big deal in itself. The important thing is that I need to understand how is Fandom working (if you can help me with that) so I can adapt accordingly:

I have used the template inside an infobox in this section. It shows “on the left” on desktop view, and it should show “below” on mobile view. But the mobile view is applying the style=none, and the word “below” is not appearing.

I've been having some trouble with my navbox template ever since the recent big update by Fandom. I fixed nearly all the other templates, but Navbox is still giving me trouble, and I'm not experienced enough to see any obvious problems with it haha

Using the example from the Sailor Moon wiki and modifying the code a bit, I should be seeing a similar result on my end...but all I see is the latter of the two images.

I know for sure the code is correct...

...yet the result is not working neither in preview or after saving.

So, how would I display multiple infoboxes in a gallery like that instead of them always aligning to the right?

The help wiki hasn't got a section about this (as far as I can tell at least) and I have no clue where else to ask.
