Yeah ok true but the code isn't working and also no one was responding to the original post anymore

So a post made roughly three days ago was trying to find out how to add custom text at the end of his name like this.
And I was wondering if I could do something like this to say something like (Founder) or (VA) or (Script Writer).
Is there any way for me to do this. for the record if yes you are going to have to provide the code for me as I myself don't know how to code. or we I would code this into. so if you could help me figure out how to code that and where to code it. it would be much appreciated.

So basically I made a wiki to help me and a group of people on the MD wiki with a project. the wiki is essentially all about a project we are working on and I don't entirely know how to give people moderator or code or like a ton of other stuff so if I had volunteers to help me with this stuff it would be very much apreaciated-also what do I put this under?
