Only fandom staff are supposed to edit that article. Normal users cannot edit fandom branded wikis. Its like a wall to keep vandalisers out.

Is there a way to edit a template like editing a page. I made a mistake at a template and would like to edit it like changing the order of rows etc.
Usually, no unless it's a really serious offense. Which they wouldn't give you a warning
