Well I tried to solve the problems by my own by tagging pages one by one each.

Of course it is. But if you check through the different wikis it was shown excluded.

A user was promoted to staff globally, which is shown on the community central. Then, the other wikis has excluded that log, which was not shown.
Curious to ask: If a user is promoted into a global staff which is shown here, then it’s excluded from other wiki?
Yeah but I’m curious why no one would have their color changed for their username here?
Like local admins can have their colour changed for their usernames.
