It's a known bug. Hopefully, Fandom will fix it ASAP.
Additionally, posting nudity is a blockable offense (globally) since it is against Fandom's Terms of Use.
I believe screenshots aren't taken as evidence. You need to send the link tracing to the pictures. It makes it easier for Fandom Staff to inspect this as well.
Oh, I see. My bad. I didn't look at it correctly. Well, if a page does exist, you can always append "?action=delete". It will redirect you to the delete form for the page you were on.
If you want to delete a page that doesn't have a delete button, just add the following to the end of the URL link you are on:
?action=delete
It would probably be best to contact Fandom Support.
Fandom Staffs can help you out there in a private manner.
@Andrewds1021 That's because it was recently implemented this week.
You can also go to the user's User Profile > Contributions > user rights management
This autofill the username, which is one less job and more accurate since usernames are case sensitive.
If you're planning to apply this for ALL galleries, you can use the CSS:
.wikia-gallery .wikia-photogallery-add {
display: none;
}
You can do this on the article with the gallery...
<gallery [...] hideaddbutton="true">
[...]
</gallery>

Actually, I have found the wiki: https://spec-evo.fandom.com/
Looking at your contributions to the wiki (917 edits) and the last admin active: LittleIslander (Edited last 04:12, November 28, 2017), I believe you would be eligible to adopt the wiki.
Though, as CrazyForMyself stated, you will need to read and request adoption from Adoption:Requests.
Can you link the wiki?
Glad I could help :P
The most I can say is that, you have to go to your individual wikis.
However, on the local wiki, you can go to Special:EditWatchlist/raw, select all (Ctrl + A), delete them, and then save ("Update Watchlist" button). Basically, like blanking a page. No need to go to individual pages.
Looking at your CSS code here, it's not even CSS. You're using HTML, which is why it's giving off error warnings.
You can always message the block performer here on Community Central, though it might take time for them to notice.
I believe I had a chat about this with a Fandom Staff before. You can't have a wiki solely just for chatting.
But as Caburum stated, it would be best to contact Fandom Support.
You do not get emails for local blocks. According to your block here, you were blocked for "Intimidating behavior/harassment".
