Is there any possible code which could make a randomized "page of the day" for a wiki homepage or no? I think it would be a good addition to my wiki and make it more appealing.

A wiki for SHIPS, CLASSES, and COMPANIES/NAVIES THAT OPERATE EM!!
This is a GREAT place if you like shipping. Especially considering how all the other wikis are fictional ships or game-related.
This is intended as a replacer/supplement to the Naval Wiki which is more of a test site for me to use.
PROGRESS:

19 SHIP CLASSES, FROM FRIGATES TO FERRIES!
1 SHIP TYPE (amphibious cargo ship)

2 LISTS IF I RECALL - MAYBE MORE?
A FEW DISAMBIGUATIONS FOR MULTIPLE SHIPS THAT SHARE NAMES - 24-30 at max.
AND ALL THE REST ARE SHIPS!
WHAT WE NEED:
CIVIL SHIPS - so far, the civilian - military ratio is abysmal. We need more articles on civil-owned vessels and companies.
NAVIES - the only Navy page is for Chile. We especially need those of larger nations.
CLEMSON CLASS DESTROYERS! - I started this class a while ago, but there are a whopping 156 and I've only done like 12.
CATEGORY PAGES - not a single one yet
SHIP TYPES - pages like Frigate, Destroyer, etc are very necessary.
PAGE REQUIREMENTS:
EVERY
PAGE
MUST
HAVE
INFOBOXES.
AND ITALICS FOR SHIP NAMES!
Currently, we have SIX MEMBERS, and I am the only editor. The others talk in discussions on occasion.
I intend to expand this little wiki to be as big as possible! There are millions of ships out there that are just waiting to be added, and we've only done a tiny fraction. I hope to hit 800 pages by the end of 2025.
If you wanna edit just read the homepage for all the info you need!
It happens on every page I edit as long as the link has an 'I' in it, but I don't edit much anywhere besides the wiki I linked.
While editing on here I have an occasional glitch where the 'i' in a link with edited text will despawn but still be present as an entity - if I try to retype it it shows a double I and if I try to backspace it still counts the backspace but shows no change.
Sequence:
There are lots of special wikis for fanfiction, like the AvA Fanon wiki.
If one doesn't exist for your chosen fandom you could make your own wiki for it.

The Naval Wiki is JUST military stuff
AND includes aircraft, bases, etc
This one is JUST ships, military and civilian alike, as well as classes and people who operate them

Soz should I go for getting the page count back to 50 or does it not really matter anymore?
What namespace should they go in? Templates?
I thought those counted, my bad.

The boats/ships/watercraft wiki is a site for documenting ships, ship classes, and operating companies/service branches. I am the bureaucrat and lone editor and decided to post it after hitting 50 pages.
If you like boats, ships, or watercraft, or just need something to do, this is a good place to go. Other shipping-related wikis are all games or fictional ships from what I've found.
So far we have:
1 Company
4 Classes
2 List Pages
And the rest are individual ships.
I intend to expand this wiki as far as possible before I end up having too much real-life responsibility to be able to act as admin, and that's another reason I need more editors!
Stuff we need:
Better Source Code
People with a lot of time on their hands to write larger articles
Currently the most important things are adding pages to finish off the current primary focus, Washington State Ferries, primarily their former fleet.
I set a pretty good base format for articles so if you want to edit I suggest checking out similar articles to what you wish to write.
