Banned is when you are permanently banned in local wikis, while blocked is that you are blocked for a duration.
Also adding to that you can appeal your block on the administrators wall here on community central however be calm and civil when doing so and do not be threatening or harassing anyone thus the block can be extended.

I think that was too vague and the reason why you cannot see the logs for global blocks because for privacy reasons and probably not to breach other users privacy by making that visible.
If its against the rules it wouldn't even be here in the first place😂 but yeah you just need to add it in but although i believe there was another method but i entirely forgot

Hey yeah its fine to have as many as accounts as you like unless its not used for bypassing block, vandalising wikis, manipulating votes and impersonation also i have another account named @LWade17

Okay lemme put it in this way, if someone got globally blocked and they created a fandom account but its not being used, its called ban evading so yeah i think my made point.

While yes and no they could have attempted to view the wiki by using another account which is sockpuppetry or there is someone else with a similar IP address thus the IP getting caught in the block.
