Go to "start a wiki" (the plus icon at the left side) Give a name for the wiki ,it can be anything as long it hasn't been used and it's appropriate.
Give it an address, for example if the wiki is about food, it can be food-wiki.fandom.com (this is only an example)
Basically there's 3 steps to guide u on creating a wiki and it's a step by step guide
It means that if u became/ already an admin on a diff wiki in the past 60 days
Nope, like what the user above you mentioned, only spam and useless stuff gets removed by bots. So therfore your comment is fine
Replace "pink" with a hex code

But here are the main reasons why it was closed
-The wiki's content or intention violated Fandom's Terms of Use or the Community Creation Policy.
-The wiki is recognized as a potential duplicate by Fandom’s automatic matching tool, and there is no acceptable reason provided.
-The wiki was very inactive and had little to no content.
-A valid request for closing, merging or moving the wiki was granted.
Contact the admin that blocked u
Go to desktop mode, after that go to the 3 dots and click on ''upload new file''. Under ''source filename'' tap on choose file, then select a photo from your phone's gallery. after that give a name for the photo and make sure the photo format is supported. after that tap on ''upload file''
That wiki's owner most likely got fandom support to disable discussions for them
Like those 2 situations are separate matters so I feel that it's a bit unreasonable for the admin to simply use the first situation to stop someone from working on art
Well, in that case, u could talk to other admins about it. But I believe that even if u were blocked, the admin has no right to stop someone from working on an art request cos being blocked for a reason and working on an art are 2 different things
Also I took a look on the wiki of why u were banned and apparently its due to a different reason. But if u feel that what the admin did was wrong, I suggest u could talk to the admin about it or other admins on the sonic fanon wiki via their message wall
Might want to read this ⬆️
It's most likely done using css or a template
U should prob try to talk to the admin about it and appeal, if that doesn't work or the admin still refuses to listen contact fandom support about the situation

Include name of wiki and link, name of the admin that blocked u and also what happened when filling in the form on fandom support
That message means that u reached the max amount of times of doing something. U need to wait for a while to try again
Reasons for global blocks are usually private, and the person who is blocked can contact fandom support themselves
Contact fandom support, include the name of the wiki, link to the wiki and account that u want to be demoted from
Report the user to an admin of bfdi wiki
for the 2nd question , go to desktop site. Once you did that, the infobox letters on lower half should be in the same format as thr ones on upper half
