Update, after looking the end of the Help:Uploading files article, it says the software will crop it to prevent loading the entire image.

After looking it, I think it is related to the resolution of it. Sometimes, loading the image link can make your device crash.

No, now you can't see the User Activity (or the "entire" list of contributed wiki) of another user. That user need to give a screenshot of the page if you want to compare them.
