Well, you did provide the answer partially. Yes, you use template for convenience but the real hard part is actually making the template content.

You may need to refer to multiple wiki's template to code them

I believe we can't. We can only see all posts regardless of which category.

We dunno because this is between the user and fandom staff. He might get blocked for creating multiple useless wiki or continuing as usual with or without fandom support. Essentially, it's up to fandom how they handle it
