I'm not too sure what you mean by that, but I just login using a password and username.
I fill in the details, my username and the username i want to change it to, but when i press enter it just says
I KNOW its correct, because i signed out and in again to make sure, but its saying it isnt.

I didn't disable my account myself, and i didn't do anything wrong so I dont see any reason I should be disabled by fandom.
