I have a variety of subpage templates under Template:LittenGMD. If I am not allowed to have them, NOTIFY ME FIRST, and I will move them.
Likely, no.
If you are to get banned, or blocked on a single wiki or from the entire FANDOM Platform, using another account to access the banned site would be considered Abusing Multiple Accounts. Many wiki's will permanently ban you for this.
Not sure if this helps, but "thumb" images may be different for each user based on preferences?
Hi! If not FANDOM, I can definitely name certain wiki's that have a rule against vulgar usernames, and will block your account, so be careful with what you choose.

I made a custom lisense for my game assets, which are used on the wiki for my game. The assets are not explicitly copyrighted, but I do have a custom license for them that I would like to know if I can apply it to the images in the wiki.
No, you need to make a new fandom account under the new email. Should’ve specified.
Yes.
Ask an Admin to move your roles to your new username, if applicable.
Check to see if you are blocked from image posting on that wiki. You can be blacklisted from specific actions.
Unfortunately not, even contacting Fandom won’t help your case. If you truly want a new username, you’d have to move to a new Email, transfer permissions, and notify anyone interested you moved to a new name.
The main account has been lifted from its ban from breaking its guideline, but the alts hadn’t, so keep them blocked.
Try again later
Contact admin on a separate wiki to see if you are blocked from specific actions, such as Replying and creating posts.
Contact Fandom.
The block reason states a pretty inexcusable issue. I personally would not blame the Admin. However, the timing of which the user was banned is too split, and seeing that the user already got punished for it prior makes it odd.
What is the name of your wiki of which you are testing?
It should, assuming you type in the full wiki name.
Try typing in the topic in a search engine and put “Wiki Fandom” at the end.
I would like to know, as I would like to have my Paper Perplexity wiki to be built upon in multiple wiki sites for safe keeping.
What is it you want to add.
You can describe what you are trying to achieve with the called templates and I can help.
