So my screen is a little different from my friends on the wiki, and I want to know why. I think I see the new layout while they see the old. How is that possible?

So we promoted someone to bureaucrat on this wiki, and we told her it was an accident, so dont' use it. She promised not to use it. But when I demoted her thinking that would remove bureaucrat, it didn't and... a long story happened.

So we asked her not to promote herself back up to admin, but she ignored us and promoted herself to everything there possibly is. And in our guidelines, we have a rule saying "If you self promote, its considered a block". So I don't want to block her, but I want to remove her bureaucrat, can I do that?

I know only Fandom Staff can do this, but I need to know, do I contact them on there Message Wall? Do I ping them? Do I submit a request?

The reason I want them demoted is because they were promoted by accident by another user, and we want to demote them because they don't meet the requirements!

Like I want to know which users are active, and on some wikis I saw things that said "Status Online" next to the users' names. And I am not sure its a Beta feature on big wikis because I saw it on a little wiki.
