I do not think you understand, if a account is globalled you cannot get it back. Well,you can get it back but FANDOM definitely woudlnt give a account back to any underage users.
So it seems you've probably been globalled (globally blocked) for being underage. it doesent say you have been disabled but im pretty sure you are.
Wait before i tell you question, what wiki were you on when your account was ''not working''?
