What brand of Mobile device are you on and what browser are you using? I’m on IPhone and use Google and the only things within that menu for me are the things that I described earlier. If they use the same brand of mobile / browser as you then they can use that method but if they use a browser on a Mobile device or Tablet that doesn’t have that option then they therefore cannot.

Just get out of desktop mode through the triple dots
That is false. To switch between the Desktop and Mobile Skins of Fandom, you have to scroll down to the very bottom of any page and click View Desktop Site (If you’re on the Mobile Skin) or View Mobile Site (If you’re on the Desktop Skin). The three dots in the Mobile browser only give the option to copy the page URL, find text on the page, read the page aloud, and either refresh the page or to alternatively stop loading the page.
Nobody else can edit the page that you linked as you’ve protected it to admin editing only. For anyone else to be able to remove the code causing the issues, you would need to remove the protection from the page that you linked so that other users can edit it (and more easily inspect the code too might I add).
Technically if a Wiki Founder wants their Wiki closed that is indeed possible, however as Noon stated they have to follow the same procedure as every other user by contacting Fandom Staff and requesting the closure of the Wiki.
Not every template does. This Template on my home Wiki for example only works on Desktop.
No Problem, however Is it Fanon Wiki or is it Private Wiki though? As I say whilst Fanon Wikis are allowed, Private ones most definitely are not!
Sidenote: I’ve just gone ahead and looked through your Template Code and it’s not got any errors that are showing up for me.
What is your Wiki about and why does it have a Site Notice reading “PLEASE DO NOT EDIT OR ADD ANYTHING!! THIS IS FOR FERALSHADOWQUEEN AND MY ALT ACCOUNTS ALONE”? If it’s a Fanon Wiki that’s probably fine and should be common sense rendering the site notice needless but if it’s a Private Wiki it is in breach of the Community Creation Policy and should either be hosted on Miraheze or ShoutWiki.
You could try and contact any local admins on that Wiki to see if they have any insight about the situation and / or if they have heard of any other users on that Wiki who are experiencing the exact same issue or similar ones. If the local admins of that Wiki don’t respond to you or alternatively if they cannot help then I think the best thing to do would be for you to contact Fandom Support about this quite frankly peculiar situation that you are currently experiencing.
On what Wiki(s) are you experiencing that problem on? As you are both email & auto confirmed the only explanation that I can think of is that your account is locally blocked. It is generally advised to mention what the Wiki(s) are that you are having trouble on so that users willing to support can check on your behalf.
As you created your account just yesterday at 20:53 UTC, you therefore won’t be autoconfirmed until Friday at 20:53 UTC. If you still can’t edit after that time then it’s advised for you to contact Fandom Staff, though as they don’t work weekends you won’t actually get a response until next week.
Edit: Removed the bit about OP potentially not being email-confirmed as I have checked and they indeed are.
If you make a Template it may not work on Mobile as not all of them do.
OP is definitely autoconfirmed as they created their account on Mon Jan 02 2023 which was over a year ago.
Which one would you prefer doing? Moving it over to one parameter or retaining both? Hypothetically speaking you could retain both parameters but change the first one to Primary Authors and the second one to Secondary Authors too though.
Note: If you change it to one Parameter the pages will not automatically updated and you’ll need to update them manually, import a mass editing script or create a bot account to update the parameters of the template on the pages that it is used on.
Why don’t you just do one of the below options which are a lot quicker and easier in comparison to creating an entirely new parameter for multiple authors (You would need to change the first and last name parameters just be a generalised Authors parameter so it makes sense to display multiple Authors within it if needs be)?:
Author 1 & Author 2 or Author 1<br>Author 2
If you want to retain the current parameters though then it’d be Forename / Surname 1 & Forename / Surname 2 or Forename / Surname 1<br>Forename / Surname 2 (This would need repeating in this case to be included within both of the parameters however though).
I think it’s fine when you initially make accounts on the platform but not when you change your username.
Sidenote: I have no clue who Grandpa Lo6 & Grandpa Lo67 are but Grandpa Lo68 is in actual fact my old account that I got locked out of prior to creating my current account.
You can rename pre-existing User Groups and / or make your own by using either ProfileTags or UserTags on Wikis which you administrate.
Whilst you’ve stated you need to change your username on every account you have, you are limited to one username per account. Additionally the usernames cannot be too similar so for example one account can’t be ‘Wonderhoy71’ whilst another is ‘Wonderhoy85’ for example. Additionally if the hypothetical ‘Wonderhoy85’ was originally named ‘Wonderhoy44’ then you wouldn’t be able to rename another account ‘Wonderhoy44’ as that account name still exists in Fandom’s database despite the fact that you renamed the account to ‘Wonderhoy-Ahoy’ for example.
I’m guessing it wouldn’t be ask for a new founder in that hypothetical situation, it’d still be adoption but the person who adopts the Wiki would still only get Bureaucrat rights as they never founded the Wiki.
You can’t, unfortunately all you can do is keep on reporting it here with links (not screenshots) as evidence to back up what you are saying.
Am I thinking of Common.JS instead rather than Common.CSS then?
