That depends a bit on if you're trying to colour the entire table or just a single cell. For a single cell you would use something like

| style="background-color:colourname or hex here" | Table content here

For an entire table you would instead add the following at the top of the table (in the same line as the {|):

class="background: colourname or hex here"

Rollback is a user right that adds a new button allowing users to revert, with a single click, the last edit to a given page, along with any consecutive previous edits made by the same editor to that page. Users who have the rollback userright will see a new [rollback n edits] next to the latest revision in the page history, the user contributions or their Watchlist

You can add a new category to discussions by clicking on the category button and then Add category. This probably requires having admin rights.
