Wikia is a Bot that I know very little about. I would like some answers for what it/they does, please. :)

You should probably contact Fandom Staff to request for Staff to globally block a bad user, if they have a history of being disruptive.

Sorry, but I couldn't find it when searching for it in Fanfiction.net during those times I was looking for it, and so I thought it wasn't out yet, sorry.
I did ask for a link once, but you didn't provide it. So that kind of confused me more, since you provided the link to the wiki instead, and I thought you already knew I knew where the wiki was.
Also, we are not psychic, so adding links in your blogs on Community Central and main page to the wiki would have perhaps helped.

I go on a lot of wikis. Most are very new, but I used to go on the Deltarune Wiki a lot (interactions with me weren't always pleasant). I now kind of can't stay in one place.

I am sorry for being dumb earlier.
So I decided to try AutoWikiBrowser, because then my Bot would be a waste, but I can't log into the Bot account even though I have typed in the password correctly.

I do know about the Abuse filter, but I have no reason for it. So I thought I should create my own inferior Abuse filter, but now I know I can't do that. So my new bot is useless. :(

Go to their contributions and select "user rights management"; you can give then their Admin rights from their, or by typing their username into the User Rights feature on you Admin Dashboard.
