I would assume saying it’s a virus is just a bug, but I can’t say without studying the file itself.
It should also be noted that if the wiki was closed for a ToU violation (ex: pornographic content) you will not have this ability. For wikis that were closed for inactivity, or other such reason that didn’t violate the ToU, you can download the page data.

On a wiki I was chosen to be a temp cleanup admin on, every time I modify the wiki's theme designer, the light theme background is removed, and I have to upload it again.

You must be a bureaucrat to grant rollback, admin, content mod, or bureaucrat. Admins can only promote people to thread mod.

Make another edit. This is a common bug in which it is only your edit count for that week. It can be fixed by making another edit.
Also it’s sockpuppet, not suck-puppet. If English isn’t your first language it’s understandable though, so no worries.
Also, I’m pretty sure the thread hijacker is an alt of two globally blocked accounts that always reported stuff to kirkburn, and I think so due to behavior, name similarities, and the fact his pfp is literally kirkburns. Can’t be too quick though.
